From deep within the PSA Peugeot/Citroën malaise era.

It looks like a rounder Gen 1 Focus to me.
Clearly a low point in Citroën’s drug supply.

I know someone who has one and the first time I went to clean the interior I leaned on the steering wheel to reach over and the confusion in my brain of the steering wheel going round, but the centre staying perfectly still.

Once we had a rental C3 exactly like that when on holiday in France.
I’ll be blunt, it was crap. As duurtlang said, this wasn’t a good time for PSA (though there were some lovely exceptions like the C6).

I swear this time period was malaise for nearly every manufacturer.
The American brands were screwed, the Japanese stopped making their sports cars and most European brands tended to get in partnerships that didn’t work out (Mercedes, Jaguar, Saab etc).
There were plenty of great cars around, but it wasn’t a nice time for the industry as a whole.
